After a pretty bad night, without much sleep, we gathered our stuff an headed for yet another ferry. This time, the one which would take us to Lofoten. Arriving on the group of islands, we haded for Nykvåg to take pictures of birds. When arriving we fought our way through bushes and over rocks, just to find there wasn’t any birds there. All vi saw was 2 eagels (far away), a Lagopus, a couple of seagulls, and a hen. We had missed the season. Heavely depressed we left Nykvåg and headed for Bø in Vesterålen to make a surprise visit to a friend. She apperently wasent used to people traveling over a 1000 miles just to drop by. We stayed there til the sun went down, and ended up in a tent next to the road, once again.

René at Ida's place.
